We print in Australia, the US, the UK, and Italy, so your order ships from the location closest to you. Everything is made to order, so nothing gets printed until you say the word. Your case is made specifically, personally and slightly obsessively for you, then sent on its way.
Production takes 2 to 5 business days before your order ships, and the shipping times below are in addition to that.
Occasionally a parcel is slower than any of us would like, and it is usually something outside our control: public holidays, extreme weather, courier strikes, or a parcel getting mis-sorted and taking a scenic detour through the wrong depot. Peak periods like Christmas run slower too. Please allow a few extra days in those cases. If your tracking has not moved at all for more than 7 business days, email support@thedairy.com with your order number and we will chase it for you.

i love the artwork available on the dairy! however i’m sad to report that after only maybe 4-6 months, there was significant fading on the most-touched areas of the case as well as the stand i purchased here. hopefully they can improve their colorfastness especially at this price point! for now, maybe avoid black or dark colors :(

I absolutely love this phone case! It looks exactly like the photos online, which was one of my biggest concerns when ordering. The design is super cute while still looking classy and elegant. The quality feels great, and it fits my phone perfectly without adding too much bulk.
The materials feel durable, and the buttons are easy to press. I've gotten several compliments on it already! The only thing to note is that if you want to use an Apple Wallet, you'll need to purchase the MagSafe version, as the standard case doesn't have the magnetic connection built in.
Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, high-quality phone case.

This new paper leather material was created to replaces faux polyurethane leather & animal leather as part of our mission towards more sustainable business practises and facilitating the need for more eco-friendly options. This material is made with plant-based paper, with FSC sourced wood from sustainable forests, and mixed with a cotton fabric to create a lightweight and water resistant synthetic leather. Printed with a water based ink, once the material or product has reached the end of its life, the paper leather is fully biodegradable with soil.
