When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
Our secure buying system is authorised via PayPal one of the most respected web payment systems; as used on eBay. Choose your product and click the add to cart button. You will be taken to the payment page. We accept payment via PayPal only. You do not have to have a PayPal account to make a transaction. Please see PayPal (www.paypal.com) for information on PayPal payments. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus any delivery charges.
All prices are shown in Australian dollars only. For Australian customers, price includes GST. For help with currency conversions please contact your bank or you can use XE as a guide (www.xe.com).
For Overseas Customers (including New Zealand) all prices are in Australian dollars. For further information regarding overseas orders, please refer to Delivery Information.
The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company. Customers outside Australia may also be liable for any customs/import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, therefore you are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements in your country before placing an order. We cannot be held liable for any custom or import duties.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the check-out stage. In assessing your request for goods or services, we may use your information for the purposes of the prevention and detection of fraud.
We are against credit card fraud and take a strong stance against anyone trying to use another person’s details. Any signs of fraud will be immediately reported to the Australian Police and banking authorities.
A Secured Socket Layer (SSL) with a 128 bit ensures your payment details are protected. Additionally our firewall is regularly updated.
The only details recorded and kept on our database are your personal details, e.g. emails, names, addresses. This information will never be passed on other than in case of a legal responsibility.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to Australia and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

All orders are sent for FREE via the Regular Australia Post mail system. Please note that Regular Australia Post mail is NOT trackable.
If you would like to use Registered Australia Post mail please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will upgrade the postage method for a AUD$10 fee.
Most orders are shipped within 3 business days but please allow up to 5 days . You will be notified via email when your order has been shipped and it should arrive 5 - 7 days after you've received our email.
Australia Post require 30 working days (from the postal date) before they consider an item lost. It is also worth checking with your local Post Office to see if they are holding the parcel.
- Your item will by dispatched to the address used at check out.
- We are not responsible for items sent to an incorrectly supplied address.
- We are not responsible for items you forget to collect it in time from Australia Post. Item(s) returned to us will incur an additional fee for re-posting.
All orders are sent for FREE via Australia Post International Air Mail and is NOT trackable. Delivery time once shipped is usually between 1 - 3 weeks depending on how fast your local postal system is.

Once your parcel has arrived in your country, standard shipping parcels will be passed on to the internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.

We accept items returned to us within 30 days from the date your order was delivered (excluding Custom Cases). All items must be received by us before a refund or replacement is issued. Delivery charges are non refundable unless the item purchased is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using registered mail as we cannot be held liable for any items lost in the post.

Once posted, please notify us (firstname.lastname@example.org) of the registered post tracking details, courier or shipping code.
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. All prices for Australian customers are inclusive of GST. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.
CREATE A CASE – General Rules and License
The Dairy offers a service, 'CREATE A CASE', that allows you to upload images ('Content') to the website to create and purchase products featuring the uploaded content for your own use.
You are granted non-exclusive and non transferable limited license to do the following:
a) Use information accessible through the thedairy.com.au website, conditional upon you agreeing that, subject to your use of the thedairy.com.au website in accordance with the limited license granted to you, you will not infringe The Dairy's copyright in the information you access, nor will you modify or otherwise use any such information in a way which will infringe The Dairy’s copyright of the information sourced.
b) Use the software accessible through the thedairy.com.au website to upload your own images and design your personalised case.
CREATE A CASE – Objectionable Material & Prohibited Content
By using The Dairy 'CREATE A CASE' service, you agree to not upload material that is generally offensive or in bad taste. Examples of prohibited content can include:
- Content that may infringe on the rights of a third party
- Use of marks that signify hate towards another group of people
- Hate and/or racist terms
- Inappropriate content or nudity that is not artistic in nature
- Content that exploits images or the likeness of minors
- Obscene and vulgar comments and offensive remarks that harass, threaten, defame or abuse others
- Content that depicts violence, is obscene, abusive, fraudulent or threatening
- Content that glamorises the uses of illegal substances or drugs
