We want your order to land in your hands exactly as it should. That’s why we offer Navidium Shipping Protection. An optional add-on that’s got your back if your order is lost, stolen, or damaged on its way to you.

What’s covered

• Lost packages.
• Marked “delivered”, but nothing shows up.
• Stuck “in transit” for 7+ days (domestic) or 30+ days (international).
  
• Items damaged during shipping.
• Part of your order is missing because the package was opened in transit.

What’s not covered

• Orders delivered to the right address (with GPS/location proof).
• Orders with an incorrect shipping address entered at checkout.
• Delivery delays.
• Orders that haven’t shipped yet.
• Orders that are held up in customs.

How it works

1. Add Navidium at checkout for a small fee.
2. If something goes wrong, email us at support@thedairy.com with your order details.
3. We’ll send a replacement for the affected items right away — no waiting around for courier investigations.
