All orders are sent for FREE via the Regular Australia Post and are NOT trackable. If you would like to upgrade to Australia Post Express service you can select this at checkout for an additional $10 AUD.
Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Please allow up to 5 -7 days for delivery (unless EXPRESS which is 1-2 business days). You will be notified via email when your order has been shipped.
Australia Post require 30 working days (from the postal date) before they consider an item lost. It is also worth checking with your local Post Office to see if they are holding the parcel.
