I recently ordered this AirPods case, but when I received it I realized that I had made an error and ordered the wrong size. I got in touch with The Dairy customer service team and explained what happened, admitting I was at fault and asking if I could re-order the correct size at my own cost.
Much to my surprise and delight, they offered to send me the correct size case at no extra cost to me!!! Great customer service!!!
