We print in Australia, the US, the UK, and Italy, so your order ships from the location closest to you. Everything is made to order, so nothing gets printed until you say the word. Your case is made specifically, personally and slightly obsessively for you, then sent on its way.
Production takes 2 to 5 business days before your order ships, and the shipping times below are in addition to that.
Occasionally a parcel is slower than any of us would like, and it is usually something outside our control: public holidays, extreme weather, courier strikes, or a parcel getting mis-sorted and taking a scenic detour through the wrong depot. Peak periods like Christmas run slower too. Please allow a few extra days in those cases. If your tracking has not moved at all for more than 7 business days, email support@thedairy.com with your order number and we will chase it for you.
