We have teams in Australia, US, UK and the EU who will print and ship your order once received. Please allow for 2 - 5 business days for production as we practice mindful consumption which means we only produce what we sell.

Does your power bank work with any phone & phone case?

The ChargePod MagSafe Power Bank is compatible only with iPhone models featuring MagSafe (iPhone 12 and newer, excluding the 16e). It can be used directly on the iPhone or with a MagSafe-compatible case.

This is not compatible with Samsung or Google Pixel phones.

What's the go with returns?

Not feeling it? We've got you. We will happily replace, exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery (excluding custom case + accessory orders).
