Are your phone cases gloss or matte finish?

Both! You can choose between the two. Whatever your preference is, we got you covered.

How long does it take to print my order?

We have teams in Australia, US, UK and Italy who will print and ship your order once received. Please allow for 2-3 business days for production as we proudly practice mindful consumption which means we only produce what we sell (made on demand). We feel this is incredibly important to the environment as it reduces unnecessary waste. Your patience is appreciated. Kindly note express shipping does not mean express production and that the day it was placed does not count in the production days.

If I upgrade to express shipping, does this mean express production?

Please note that all orders will take 2-3 business days to process prior to shipping from our warehouse in Australia, United States, United Kingdom or Italy, regardless of the shipping method selected. Express shipping does not mean express production, all our orders are printed in order of time they were placed. The day of the order does not count within the production time.

What happens if I'm not happy with my case or tech accessory when I receive it?

Our custom cases and cusotm tech accessories are final sale, but please do get in touch if there is a print issue and we would be happy to fix it. Simply email support@thedairy.com with your order number and photo and we'll get it sorted.

Do phone cases really protect your phone from damage?

For overall device protection, a case like our armoured version which covers the corners, edges and back of a phone, is your best bet. A good case will protect your phone from scratches and absorb impact in those areas when your device is dropped however there are many factors in a fall such as the surface the phone hits, the height, the speed and if your phone's screen hits any object on it's way down.

No devices (e.g. mobile phones, tablets, Apple Watches, laptops etc.) other than The Dairy branded products are covered by our warranty.
