Faulty/ mistakenly designed
It was broken almost immediately.
Now I want to remove it but I am terrified that I will damage the camera lens in any minutes.
My brand new iPhone which costed me more than 2K . How am I going to be get compensated? This is so frustrating!!!

I’m sorry to hear about what happened to your lens protector. These protectors and cases are designed to absorb the impact from drops, so it’s not uncommon to see damage in certain situations & falls. If they’re damaged, it's best to remove the lens protector, screen protector (and broken phone cover if that is also the case) and replace them to ensure your phone stays protected. To safely remove the lens protector, we suggest using a small thin object to lift it from the corners instead of using your hands.
