Really mixed feelings, I hate this case.

I want to warn against images on custom cases, as you simply don’t know how the colour will turn out. I had every reason to believe my photo was fine, and the preview looked fine, but the image on the case has turned out very dark and muddy - I actually hate it and hide my phone so I can’t see it. I can’t blame the Dairy for this, nor can I blame myself, it’s just that colour reproduction is an inherent risk of buying before you see something “real”.

I’d like to buy another case, but as my phone is red, the risk that I end up with a case where the colour clashes with my phone is too high.

Two stars because the case itself is great quality and an excellent fit. If you’re buying a custom case where you’re not sensitive to the colour or have a magic way of eliminating the colour risk, you’ll love it. Sadly, that’s not me.

Hi there Meg, oh gosh! We are so sorry to hear that you are not happy with the colour reproduction of the case. Can you kindly send a photo of the case to support@thedairy.com and someone from our customer support team can organise to send you a new one.

Sometimes with images uploaded they need to be brightened up a bit so that they match the preview on the screen. Printed content will always be slightly darker as there isn't light illuminating the colours (which is what the screen does). We recommend anyone with darker colours + shadows in an image or design to slightly brighten their image before uploading.
