Incredible, every step of the process
Love the case. The case itself looks high quality, it fits my S20FE (5G) perfectly and it offers great protection from daily drops. Also, the sleek glossy finish is not slippery at all (which I have found some other brands to be), meaning my phone doesn't slip out of my hands (defo helpful when your screen size is 6.5"). I also love how environmentally friendly the brand is, leaving you feeling good to shop from them!
It is good to note that I was hesitant to order from the website at first as I had a few questions about the phone case which I emailed about. Customer service replied extremely quickly, answering my questions in great detail. After I placed the order, I received useful and funny email updates, which also included information on the process which I loved. Like Dwight from The Office says, customer service is a top priority and I can confirm is the reason why I fell in love with the brand.
All in all, a 10/10 experience and will most certainly re-order from The Dairy again.
